Yoga transformed Jessica’s life. She came to her yoga practice originally seeking out a way to escape her physical body, only to discover a profound and revolutionary journey within. After years of detachment and disconnection, the yoga practice guided her back hOMe.

Jess believes in the power of movement medicine as a form of self-expression, and intertwines this with pranayama practice, mudras, and mantra to develop a deep and expansive devotional practice. She found her roots in alignment-based Hatha yoga, and brings a twist of playfulness, organic movement, and a deep sense of body-awareness into her practices. She has been blessed to have the opportunity to study with many inspiring teachers, and has completed a 200 hour work/study teacher training program as well as a 200 hour RYT certification. Jess sees the yoga practice as a way of life, and continues to immerse herself in these teachings on a daily basis.

The yoga practice is a path of exploration and self-realization, and her main hope as a teacher is to hold a safe space for her students to journey inward and connect with their greatest guide… themSelves.

When she isn’t teaching or practicing she can usually be found cooking some plant-based goodies, listening and singing her favorite tunes, writing in her journal or spending time with the many people she loves.
