Private Sessions

Traditionally, the yoga practice was always taught in a one-on-one environment. This allowed for the student and teacher to establish a practice that would be of the most value for the student and their specific needs.

What can one expect from a private session?

A private session is exactly what the student needs it to be. Whether it is physical, mental, spiritual, or all of the above, a private session is completely centered around the student and their objective for practice. A few examples of this could be as follows:

  • A practice that is completely unique and customized for the student and the intentions/goals they are hoping to explore.
  • Working on establishing a safe and refined physical practice using verbal cues, communication, and hands-on assist.
  • In-depth work on meditation and pranayama practices.
  • Theory and holistic wellness.
